We are all familiar with the Babushka dolls that are nested within one another and whose number is limited only by the craftsmanship of the maker. We can see all the dolls clearly and marvel at the colours and detail of their paintings. But when we consider that everything we see is contained in a very small band of the electromagnetic spectrum, we can imagine many other marvels beyond the visible. What actually exists extends infinitely and is limited only by our ability to see.
So too an average lifetime of 85 years is merely a speck on the continuum of time, whether we subscribe to the idea of the Big Bang 16 billion years ago or something much more recent. We are afforded an opportunity to walk this earth and relate to it in all its wonder and diversity. Since we cannot (and don’t need to) see the big picture, our lives have meaning through how we choose to live. Fortunately it’s only a very small number of people who take delight in the suffering of others. Generally the times that we remember most fondly are those in which we experienced kindness and generosity. If we were to consciously decide to be the brightest thread available to the master weaver he might choose some great place for us in the tapestry of mankind.
There are those pursuing a goal of the ‘Hive Mind’ for man. They want a world where everyone conforms to their image of perfection. One of their foremost spokespersons is Yuval Noah Harari of the World Economic Forum (WEF). He speaks of a world populated by technology enhanced humans all controlled by Artificial Intelligence. Sensors under the skin will allow observation and control of our complete physiology and most intimate thoughts. It brings to reality the saying ‘When I want your opinion I’ll tell you what it is’. His imagination is so limited that he cannot conceive of the idea of infinite reality, or super consciousness. The downside is drab uniformity where ‘black is the colour and none is the number’. What use is that to the master weaver? What artist could adequately express himself when the only colour on his palette is black?
In seafaring lore presenting someone with a black spot is to pass a death sentence on them. The chaos unfolding in our world is a black spot for all mankind and anyone who’s read Klaus Schwab’s (founder of the WEF) book ‘Covid-19: The Great Reset’ knows that his agenda is very dark indeed. Dispatching billions of ‘useless eaters’ would seemingly make the rest of us easier to control. So what’s to be done to avoid catastrophe? Maybe it’s as simple as ensuring there’s no black paint on the palette. Is it as simple as refusing to accept a black spot from anyone? Would it spoil Yuval’s fun if he had no ‘useless eaters’ to dispose of? When you remember your happiest times among people who showed kindness and generosity which of them could be described as a ‘useless eater’?
Over the coming years we may find Youval, Klaus, Bill, George etc take on the role of the Russian Dolls. However beautiful their paintings are individually, when they establish their folding hierarchy, they’ll discover they’ve chosen to be in a very black spot of their own making – devoid of expanded reality, of super-consciousness but hopefully close to their buddy Jeffery.
